If you have tickets to an event that was cancelled or rescheduled, you will have received information in advance regarding this via Ticketmaster or directly from the booking source.
Rescheduled Events: Tickets remain valid for the new date.
Cancelled Events: Credit card refunds are automatically refunded onto the card that was used to make the purchase.
ALL tickets purchased at a Ticketmaster outlet must be returned to the same Ticketmaster outlet.
