WHAT IS THE RUNNING TIME?

Disney on Ice productions vary in length, but average between 1 ½ - 2 hours. This includes a 15–20-minute interval.

WHAT TIME DOES THE SHOW BEGIN?

Show times are advertised on this event page and should also be displayed on your ticket.

WHICH SEATING PLAN WILL BE USED FOR THESE SHOWS?

I AM SUPPOSED TO BE ATTENDING DISNEY ON ICE BUT CANNOT ACCESS MY E-TICKETS?

Please check your Ticketmaster app for e-tickets. These can be found under ‘My Events’. If you cannot see them here, please contact Ticketmaster directly via: How to Contact us – Ticketmaster Help

I HAVE TICKETS FOR THE HEINEKEN GREEN ROOM, WHERE DO I ENTER?

For access to the Heineken Green Room, please enter the arena via the indoor Odyssey Place entrance.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE SSE LOUNGE/ THE SKY LOUNGE?

If you are an SSE Reward customers, upgrades will now operate on a first-come, first-served basis at the door on the night of the event. If you are a Sky customer, access to the Sky Lounge can be booked via your Sky account.

CAN I GET A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY TICKETS?

No, tickets cannot be exchanged from one performance to another. Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a cancellation or postponement of the event.

CAN I USE A WALKING AID TO ACCESS MY SEATS? IS THERE ANYWHERE TO STORE THESE FOR THE DURATION OF THE SHOW?

Yes, walking aids can be used to assist with access to seats. Staff can then store these safely for the duration of the show and return them when required. If you need more support, speak to staff at the concierge desk in the Arena's front foyer.

CAN I PRE-BOOK PARKING?

Parking is allocated first come first served. Spaces cannot be pre-booked. There are disabled parking spaces located within the main arena car park, subject to availability.

DO YOU HAVE AN ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCE?

We operate a separate entrance on event nights for those with accessibility requirements. This door is typically labelled as the media door and a member of staff will be on hand here to provide you with assistance and support.

IS THERE A BABE IN ARMS POLICY IN PLACE FOR THIS SHOW?

Under 24 months can attend without their own ticket.

DO I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD MY TICKETS?

Your Ticketmaster mobile tickets have a unique barcode that automatically refreshes every few seconds, keeping your tickets safe and secure. View and save your tickets via Ticketmaster to your smartphone wallet before arriving at the arena. Screenshots of your tickets may not grant your entrance to the event.

ARE THERE ANY BUGGY PARKING FACILITIES AT THE ARENA?

Yes, we offer buggy parking facilities. Please speak to our staff upon arrival, and they will guide you to the right location.

CAN I WEAR A COSTUME TO THE SHOW?

Costumes worn by guests 14 years of age or older are not permitted; this is to reduce confusion for young children.

CAN MY CHILD GET A SHOUT OUT FOR THEIR BIRTHDAY?

Unfortunately, due to overwhelming demand, shout outs cannot be facilitated.

WILL THERE BE MERCHANDISE AT THE SHOW? CAN I PAY WITH CASH?

Yes, official merchandise can be purchased at the show. Please note that CARD PAYMENTS ONLY will be accepted. This is a cashless event.
