Background
Plans for the 2019 Belfast International Tattoo have just been unveiled with bands and performers travelling to the event from four different continents for three shows.
A youth theme will underpin the 2019 event programme with the Victorian Youth Pipe Band travelling from Australia to Belfast for the performance. Also appearing will be the National Youth Pipe Band of Scotland and the popular Tukostu Youth Band from Stiens in the Netherlands.
Making a highly anticipated Northern Irish debut will be the Sultan of Oman’s RAF Regiment Band and the Sultan of Oman Pipes and Drums, while Adest Musica from the Netherlands will add their popular showband element to the show.
With more acts still to be announced each event will close with the traditional and sensational grand finale.
