How do I make a group / school booking?
A group booking can be made via our Box Office on 028 9073 9074, by visiting the Box Office in person or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will require a 10% deposit when booking.
Are there special food packages for groups / school bookings?
Yes. We have catering options available for groups of 20 or more. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
What parking is available for groups?
We have a coach park beside the venue. There is no cost to park here. Please let us know in advance if you will be travelling by coach and need to park for the duration of the show in the coach car park by calling 028 9073 0937.
Who is entitled to a concession ticket?
Concession tickets are available for anyone under 16, students and OAPs.
What does a family ticket include?
A family ticket is 4 tickets – 2 adults and 2 children (under 16) or 1 adult and 3 children (under 16). Extra tickets can also be purchased if you require more than 4 tickets.
Can I attend a school performance if I am not part of a school booking?
Yes. You can purchase tickets for a school performance even if you are not attending as part of a school group. We just want to make you aware that the majority of customers at these performances are school children.
School performances are on: Thursday 14 December at 10am and 1:30pm, Friday 15 December 10am and 1:30pm, Tuesday 19 December 10am and 1:30pm and Wednesday 20 December 10am and 1:30pm.
Will merchandise be available at the venue?
Yes. Merchandise will be available to purchase at the venue when you arrive or you can purchase it in advance on our app closer to the time of the show.
Can I buy food and drink at the venue?
Yes. Food and drinks including snacks and hot food will be available to buy at the venue for all shows. We will also have some special offers and discounts available over the counter and on our app.
What parking is available for customers?
There is a 1,500 space car park adjacent to the venue. The car park can fill up rapidly and is operated on a first come first served basis. We therefore advise customers for all shows to leave plenty of time for their journey and parking. Disabled parking spaces are also available.
How long does the pantomime last?
The pantomime will last approximately 2 hours including the interval.
Is there a babe in arms policy for the show?
Yes. Children under the age of 24 months are entitled to a free ticket and will not be allocated a seat.
Are there any corporate hospitality options available for pantomime?
Yes. We have hospitality packages available in our West Lounge hospitality area. This package will include tickets for the show, pre-show buffet and ice-cream for the kids. Please call our Commercial team on 028 9076 6036 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
Can I take photos during the show?
We are happy for you to take some photos during the show but please refrain from using your flash as it might put the actors off. Please also be respectful of others sitting around you when taking photos.
Are there special effects during the show?
Yes there will be special effects and strobe lighting used during the performance.
What age is the pantomime suitable for?
The Spectacular Aladdin is suitable for children and adults of all ages.
